Refund and Return Policy

Every single request is honored on case by case basis. If you would like to return the product, please contact us with in 10 days from the delivery date. We would love to resolve the issue please go through the written return policy.
Customer claim
1- Customer can make return of the product (s) within 10 days of the purchased.
2- No return will be allowed after the 10th day.
3- No return or exchange on Sales and Occasion Products.
4- Customer will ship the product in an original condition and should be delivered in the warehouse address
5- Customers will have to bare shipping charges (both sides) and Tax will be returned.
If product delivered and found damage, Customer will have to notify within two days.
Customer will be expected to receive refund within a week after receiving of product with return valid tracking number. Your credit will be returned to the same payment method or bank card. Customer will be notifying with an email once the return process begins.
Product warranty:
A warranty given by the manufacturer is totally based on the product quality and manufacturing. Other than this “limited warranty” there will be no warranties are implied to return the product if it gets damage during regular customer usage.
Changing or canceling your order:
If you want to change the shipping address after ordering the product(s) please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse the shipment once the order has been shipped out. Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address to avoid any problem.

Please avoid approaching on weekends and national holidays.
